SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Bedazzled Customs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. For Dosmetic shipping, all orders are processed within 7-12 business days,this does not include holidays or weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders please be advised that shipment may be delayed by a few day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment regarding your order, we will reach out to you via email or telephone.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final for customized items. We will only offer a refund or an offer of redesigning your item only if there was a quality issue for ex.) jewelry has tarnished or if the jewelry has arrived damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tracey@bedazzledcustoms.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
